1. Who we are

3ES Solar Ltda is the company responsible for developing and operating PalDrivy, a financial management platform for ride-hailing drivers, couriers and taxi drivers.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary for the app to work:

• Registration data: email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Profile data: name, city, state, vehicle type, fuel used, and language/currency preferences.
• Financial data: shifts (times, earnings, mileage), expenses and fuel fill-ups you enter manually.
• Usage data: information about how you use the app, to improve the service.
• Consent records: records of acceptance of legal terms (version accepted, date and time).

We do not collect real-time location data, contact lists, microphone or camera data.

3. How we use your data

• Provide and maintain the PalDrivy service.
• Calculate financial reports (daily, monthly and annual P&L).
• Send important communications about the service (by email).
• Improve the app's experience and features.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on the following LGPD legal bases:

• Contract performance: to provide the service you signed up for.
• Consent: for optional communications and product improvements.
• Legitimate interest: for security, fraud prevention and service improvement.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase Inc. (AWS infrastructure), with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

Data is stored while your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, unless legally required to be retained.

6. Your rights (LGPD)

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Confirm the existence of processing of your data.
• Access your data.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
• Port your data to another service provider.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and data.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The mobile app does not use cookies. The web version of PalDrivy may use essential technical cookies for authentication and functioning. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with service providers essential to PalDrivy's operation:

• Supabase Inc.: database and authentication.
• Vercel Inc.: hosting of the web version.

These partners are contractually required to keep your data confidential and secure.

9. Minors

PalDrivy is intended for professionals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after notification indicates acceptance of the changes.
