Terms of Use

1. About PalDrivy

PalDrivy is a financial management app developed and operated by 3ES Solar Ltda, intended for ride-hailing drivers (Uber, Lyft, Bolt and similar), couriers, delivery workers and taxi drivers.

The app lets you log shifts, expenses and fuel fill-ups, generate financial reports and track earnings goals.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PalDrivy, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have read and agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
• The information you provide is true and accurate.

3. Registration and account

To use PalDrivy, you must create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.

4. Permitted use

PalDrivy is made available for personal and professional use by the driver themselves. You may:

• Log your own work-related financial data.
• Generate and export reports for your own use.
• Access the app from multiple devices with the same account.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app.
• Use the app to log third-party data without authorisation.
• Overload or compromise the service's infrastructure.

6. Free plan and features

PalDrivy offers free features during the initial period. 3ES Solar Ltda reserves the right to introduce paid plans with additional features in the future, with prior notice to users.

Features may be added, changed or discontinued at any time, with appropriate notice.

7. Data accuracy and responsibility

PalDrivy is a support tool for personal financial management. The reports and calculations shown are based on the data you enter.

3ES Solar Ltda is not responsible for:

• Financial decisions made based on data from the app.
• Errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the user.
• Use of reports for tax or accounting purposes without professional guidance.

For income tax filings and tax obligations, we recommend consulting an accountant.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep PalDrivy available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

9. Intellectual property

All PalDrivy content — including brand, logo, design, text and code — is the property of 3ES Solar Ltda and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Data you enter remains your property.

10. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by requesting it via email at contato@paldrivy.com. After deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3ES Solar Ltda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use PalDrivy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date of the changes indicates your acceptance.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's domicile are chosen to resolve disputes, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
